style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os presentamos nuestra \u00faltima gu\u00eda: el <strong><em>Reto sin m\u00f3vil para familias<\/em>,<\/strong> inspirada en el <a href=\"https:\/\/somconnexio.coop\/es\/educacion\/una-semana-sin-smartphone-adolescentes-aceptan-el-reto\/\">exitoso <em>No phone challenge,<\/em> llevado a cabo el a\u00f1o 2021 por el profesor de instituto Telmo Lazkano, con un grupo de estudiantes de 4\u00ba curso de la ESO.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este es el tercer recurso en forma de gu\u00eda que creamos en el <strong>proyecto \u00abCrecer en un mundo de pantallas\u00bb<\/strong> de Somos Conexi\u00f3n: el primero, la <a href=\"https:\/\/somconnexio.coop\/es\/educacion\/llega-la-guia-para-familias-crueles-y-malvadas-en-version-digital\/\"><strong><em>Gu\u00eda para familias crueles y malvadas<\/em>,<\/strong><\/a> para una incorporaci\u00f3n responsable del primer m\u00f3vil de las hijas o hijos, y m\u00e1s tarde lleg\u00f3<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/somconnexio.coop\/es\/educacion\/despantallame-la-nueva-guia-para-criar-sin-pantallas-de-0-a-3-anos\/\"> <em>Despant\u00e1llame<\/em><\/a>, <\/strong>donde concienciamos del impacto negativo de la tecnolog\u00eda de los 0 a los 3 a\u00f1os y ofrecemos estrategias para reducir la exposici\u00f3n a las pantallas en situaciones determinadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con el <em>Reto sin m\u00f3vil<\/em>\u00a0hacemos una propuesta sencilla y valiente a la vez: <strong>\u00a1el reto de que toda la familia pas\u00e9is unos d\u00edas sin m\u00f3vil ni pantallas!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La gu\u00eda <em>Reto sin m\u00f3vil<\/em> va dirigida a aquellas <strong>familias con adolescentes que ya tienen m\u00f3vil, <\/strong>y que busc\u00e1is revisar la relaci\u00f3n con las pantallas, adquiriendo nuevos h\u00e1bitos, m\u00e1s saludables.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 encontrar\u00e9is?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La gu\u00eda es un <strong>recurso eminentemente pr\u00e1ctico<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s del cual, como familia, os har\u00e9is preguntas y reflexionar\u00e9is acerca de vuestra relaci\u00f3n con los m\u00f3viles, y como este est\u00e1 afectando a vuestras vidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A partir de encuentros donde compartir inquietudes, y actividades para investigar, os acompa\u00f1aremos a llegar a algunas conclusiones conjuntas. As\u00ed, nos dirigimos a personas (muy posiblemente, adultas) que hayan identificado que es necesario cambiar la relaci\u00f3n con el m\u00f3vil y las pantallas, y que a trav\u00e9s de las p\u00e1ginas de la gu\u00eda encuentren la manera de compartir la preocupaci\u00f3n con el resto de la familia\u2026 \u00a1Y pasar a la acci\u00f3n!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es muy importante que las y los adolescentes tengan un papel a la hora de tomar decisiones, ya que est\u00e1n conformando su propia voz e identidad. Esta gu\u00eda busca darles un lugar en la forma que tome el reto:\u00a0 tienen opini\u00f3n y experiencias que enriquecer\u00e1n la perspectiva familiar a la hora de superarlo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este reto es, pues,<strong> compartido<\/strong>, y os pondr\u00e9is de acuerdo en c\u00f3mo hacerlo para llegar con \u00e9xito al final: ayud\u00e1ndoos mucho, y siendo conscientes que todas las personas -adultas y adolescentes- tendr\u00e9is que enfrentaros con ganas y decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfOs atrev\u00e9is?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En Somos Conexi\u00f3n queremos animaros porque asumir el reto sin m\u00f3vil requiere convicci\u00f3n y ganas.
